Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Spellwiz subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Simply log in, go to the Account Subscription section, and click cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.
What happens after the free trial?
When your free trial is coming to an end, you will receive an email 7 days prior to trial ending and one day before it ends. You then have the option to subscribe to the plan that best suits your organisation – Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Once you’re subscribed to a Spellwiz subscription, your account will automatically switch to a paid plan so you can continue using all features without interruption. The payment method you provided will be used for any future subscription payment.
Can I change the number of students?
Yes. You can add or remove children from your Spellwiz at any time. Log in to your admin or Teacher and remove or add students from their class.
Is there a difference in content between plans?
No. All Spellwiz plans include the same learning content, features, and resources. The only difference between plans is the number of students that can be registered under your subscription and AI features.
What does each class license include?
Each Spellwiz class licence covers up to 30 students and gives them full access to all Spellwiz features and word lists for the duration of your subscription. Teachers can:
Assign and manage word lists for their class.
Track individual student progress.
Access reports and performance data.
Update class details and student accounts at any time.
There are no content restrictions — every class has access to the full Spellwiz programme.
Can I upgrade later if we add more classes?
Yes. You can upgrade your Spellwiz subscription at any time to include more classes. Simply log in to your Manage Subscriptions and select the plan that matches your new class total. Your new plan and pricing will take effect from your next billing cycle, ensuring a smooth transition with no disruption to your students access to Spellwiz.
What if I only need access for a short term?
We don’t offer short-term access on Spellwiz. Only an annual licence is available
What happens after the trial ends?
7 days before your Spellwiz account expires, you will receive an email with details on how to upgrade your account to the number of classes you require. A reminder email will also be sent one day before your Spellwiz account expires.
We have three packages
Bronze – 1- 3 classes
Silver – 4 -6 classes
Gold – 7+
Each class can have up to 30 students.
Is the school allowed to have multiple free trials
No your school is only allowed to have one free trial. Then you need to purchase a school licence.
